ORDERUNG SERVICE

We have decided to provide an “offline ordering service” so as not to undermine our long-standing and loyal contractual partners with an online shop.

In this way we can guarantee you, as our customer, the same level of service you would also enjoy in our store – personal advice.

  • You see a bag, a purse or an accessory on our website and are unable to come to Zurich or do not know where you can obtain the article.
  • Contact us.
  • We will be happy to tell you if a contractual partner in your area stocks the required article.
  • If this is not the case, we will send the article you require in the corresponding colour and design to your chosen point of sale, free of charge and with no obligation to buy.
  • At the store you can inspect the article at your leisure, receive competent advice and make a purchase.

The process

  • We will notify you when the goods are sent to the corresponding point of sale.
  • Your chosen point of sale will reserve the goods for you for 4 days. After 4 days the article will be returned to us.
